Hi there, I'm new to this site and I have a question about the solicitor and barrister assessment. My husband has a master of law and has worked as a solicitor and barrister in our country. I'm the main applicant and my skill has been approved. Now, to increase the points we need for immigration, his skill must be assessed, but I don't know if anyone who is graduated and worked on the law in a non-English country would be certified or not? If positive, what documents are needed for the assessment? Thanks for your help.
