Hey everyone, 187 visa lodged 28 Feb 2017 Nomination refused 18 Jan 2018 (due a case oF error not reading the contract date) AAT lodged 24 Feb 2018 About that time was an awaiting time frame about 13 months for AAT, then 18 months and today called my lawyer and the status has changed to 26 months. Seriously, this is not human, how do you all deal with this kind of situation with family members, employer asking you when everything will get sorted and etc? So frustrating of not being able to be free and risking you mental health for all this, neglected by a small mistake not made by our side and impacting your life. Seriously... I'm so frustrated and don't know what to do... I'll keep praying. Sorry for this post brothers and sisters. Have a blessed day.

Do you have to pay ImmI again for nomination and visa fees after you get your approval from AAT? Thanks!

Hi guys, We are still waiting from aat after application for nomination review and visa application review. Application 187 visa: 28 Feb 2018 RCB approval: 29 Nov 2018 (business plan was required during the process and marketing research as my position was created for business opportunity purpose). So RCB was happy to approve after we prove the legitimacy of my position. Unfortunately, after police check and health exams required during Xmas time, we got the nomination refusal on 18 Jan 2019 because: 1st - They did not feel that the advertising for the role was compete (even we had paid an recruitment website to search for an employee and we had zero replies) and despite the requirements being met and RCB approving the recruitment. 2nd - The contract with my employer was signed on 08/11/2018 and they did not read the contract correctly alleging it was signed on 08/1/2018 - this being before the advertising was completed. (On 08/1/2018 I was searching for a MA and had no contract yet). So now we are stuck waiting for a hearing and/or praying for a decision before the hearing. It's really frustrated when you show a lot of evidence and we have to face errors like these. Good luck everyone!
