I don't think so getting generic email sooner or later effects ur application. There r applicant in this very forum who got generic email in month n then waited 15 months for visa . No criteria just luck

If I am unable to submit me outstanding documents within 28 days will it be an issue ?? They asked for NADRA issued birth certificate from Union council n the guy who has to sign is on leave from past 2 weeks I don't think so he will be coming on his duty before eid n embassy asked me to submit documents til 6th June

Is there any complication in ur application or it's straight forward? This is so unethical keeping children away from their father. My lawyer told me having child makes application stronger how could they do so in ur case I hope ur husband gets it soon ameen everyone else too

I just think they discriminate us for being Pakistani's. The people I study with are mostly Bengali's and Indians n they got spouse visa in 5,7 months . one of them just applied this month n she is so sure she will get it in 3 months time . Our prayers r with u inshallah u will get it soon may Allah help us all ameen.

Can u tell me refusal reason ? Our immigration lawyer gave us three options after 2 visit visa rejection .either reapply , wait for spouse visa or appeal at AAT. But he told us at appealing will take long so it's better to wait for spouse visa or reapply . I don't get them they have given this option in there own law that people who r waiting for spouse visa can get visit visa easily and still refuses on that very basis

My agent applied simple visitor Visa subclass 600 for us before applying for spouse visa u can check all documents on immi website but we submitted my bank statement and pay slip my job letter leave from department my exam placement letter FRC marriage certificate although not to disheart u after applying spouse visa my 2 visitor visa has been rejected on the basis that I have applied spouse visa so I won't come back so I am not applying for it again .But there was someone here who got visitor visa after spouse visa so I hope u get too

Not for long like for 7 days after wedding but after 3, months we went to Thailand at same time I got my visitor Visa to Australia for 3 months so I total 100 days we lived together . then I came back in Nov n he came to visit me twice after that for 1 week each time . We have never been apart for more then 3 months
