I think the latest call for is May 2020 applicants. Mine applied on May 2020, Test April 2021, VC at Oct 12 2021. Council Melbourne.

Exactly a week. 12th October VC ceremony. 18th Oct Certificate received.

@Anyone,

  I have applied  Australia passport at 19th October.  Still not received. They have mentioned you will get it with in 2-3 weeks. But people who applied couple of months for them they got less than two weeks. Any one applied passport in October?

Mine they left in letter box. No call or dial. Hope yo are asking about Citizenship certificate.

Until you get Ceremony invite. You should contact Department of home affairs. Once you got ceremony invite and if you want to postpone due to Overseas travel you can just reply back to ceremony email. they will reschedule accordingly.

Please dial them and inform about this. They will hold the ceremony call.

You will be able to Prepone if you like

I have applied Australian passport recently. They said it will take 3-4 weeks. Generally how long it will take. I opted normal processing option.

I have launched my application in May 20 and got interview call at April 21. Hope you will get Interview call before Dec 21. I Believe once 80% Jab is done. All activities will get accelerated

InPerson Ceremony Invite 2: 15 Sep 2021, Cancelled due to lockdown
Virtual Ceremony: 28 Sep 2021

On my Virtual ceremony, it was not a group event, just the presiding officer and myself.

My Citizenship processing times coincided with 75% of applicants processing times mentioned in Immigration Website.  This can keep changing and you can check immigration website for latest. Further your council can influence the ceremony date as well.

    When I applied I was staying at Pcode 3000 then at the time of Interview I moved to 3006 now during Ceremony waiting period I moved within 3006. All comes under same Melbourne council. Lets See what next

  Recently I have changed address within Southbank(Comes under Melbourne council) I have updated my new address in Immi account using "Change of address" along with attaching address proof. As my new address comes under same council. Is there any chance my Ceremony call list go backwards?

Hope your Application status is "Approved". Normal timeline between Approval and Ceremony is 6 months.

Hello, You have to submit police clearance if they asked and they do not ask for all applicants.

In that Appointment letter they have mentioned Link to reschedule. go to that link Enter your Application number and Surname then it will show date availability. Once you selected and submitted. You will get new letter for test via mail

Next step - You will get Invite for Interview via Email. Not via Post. Interview invitation will be updated in your Immi account as well. Once your Interview is completed and based on your result you will get Letter via post regarding approval of citizenship. meanwhile status will get changed to Approved.

Test/Interview letter will be on your Immi account and email as well.
