    hi everybody Just to let you guys know my wife got her visa on 27th August 19. Applied on 26 Feb 19. Good luck everybody.

    hey body, im sorry for your case. did you add more supporting evidence when your wife join you here in Australia? may i know what supporting documents in details did you you submit for relationship evidence?

    I think your listed information is not accurate and in very inapprptate way of lisiting them . Also, it could mislead and confiuse others who looking for more info. Please take it slowly to read past chats here.

    To answwer your question, Commonwelath of Australia declaration cant be certidfied by overseas lawer. if you dont have a access to a person overseas (Australian embassy or someone that related to commonwelth of Australia). You can still do the declaration signed under your own country law. Again your declaration is not under commonwelth of Australia, but it would be sufficient to do the job for this purpose. As declaration is not a must document to provide for this visa, this would be enough. i hope you can understant what i said above

    I feel you mate. Your case is very disappointing. It shows how the immigration not doing their job properly. (I dont know why it should take about a year for giving a temporary visa while a student visa finalises in matter of a month. pluse charging us 4k. This is really getting funny. Otherside of story is 887 visa which people are waiting more than a year to get their visa. This is just intentional delay. To my knowledge, in this page no one awaited that long. The longest cas was 9 months. some guys here wanted to apply for tourist visa, but dont know what happen if they did or not. Please someone that did apply for tourist reply this fellow.

    Im not your CO to tell. This is the only doc requested and that is all. After you submit it, hopfully, shortly you will get your visa. Unless he wants to delay the grant for some times more as it's only being 5 months from the lodgment. But overal you will get it soon or later :).

    There is no penalty for providing extra evidences. For somonone that recently got married, and short of evidence, this can be helpful. If i am a case officer, i would like to see messages as well

    That's correct and know that some cases take longer time, also there are many who dont report. I remeber the time when people were waiting 7-8 months to get 489 visa, my case only took 2 months to get the visa offshore.. lets be optimistic, it's just the matter of time. Just keep update your current relatioship evidences such as messages or anything else..
