    Just want to let u know that my wife received 489 subsequent visa today visa applied: 18/10/2019 case officer contacted for further evidence for relationship documents: 17/04/2019 visa granted : 15/08/2019

    just marriage certificate. They have asked to provide videos, I think we cannot upload vidoes in IMMI account. Is it ok if i provide link to the video as the proof

    yes CO contacted me today for the first time after 6 months of visa lodge to give the More evidence for relationship. Can someone guide me how you uploaded marriage evidence documents in IMMI

    Its weird that u got straight refusal and i have no idea why they are asking for financial documents!! Did you notarzie all the documents you uploaded?

    Not yet. it is going to be six months now and so far no CO contacted. I just got recently married and just after 1 month of my marriage i applied for the visa and so far they haven't asked for any extra documents, all i uploaded was the marriage certificate. Now seeing the amount of people providing extra evidence documents, I am bit confused that at this stage they would request for further documents and my case would be further delayed.

    Congratualtions Radhika!!! Was it a direct grant or did CO request documents anytime during the process?

    Just one question, If you applied for visiting visa and moved to australia while your 489 subsequent entrant visa is under process, Are your sure your 489 visa would be granted because you are in australia? From what i know if your 489 visa has to be granted you have to be offshore because you have applied the 489 visa offshore. This is the information i got while calling the immigration, I am not 100% sure if this is true or not. Please let me know if you have gathered any info about this. Thanks.

    I applied for 489 subsequent entrant visa on october 18 2018 and so far no response. None of the CO contacted me untill now.

    Did you notarize the marriage certificate before uploading it?

    How long after you lodged the visa they asked for additional evidences? and what did u provide?

    Well its not mentioned any where in home affairs website :). Marriage certificate is more than enough for evidence.

    i dont think the messages or chat documents are required if you are married and if you have provided the marriage certificate. I did confirm this by calling the immigration. I think the message and chats are required for De facto relationships.

    It was shown as 9 months before for 75% of applicaitons

    thats correct it is talking about the main 489 application not the dependant applicant. I did confirm this with the immigration by calling them.
