I see people discussing the my vevo app, and the immigration log in. I cant see anywhere about the "update us" tab. Its not on any of my options. I also filled out and emailed a copy of the 929 update passport details form. Has been 4 weeks and iv seen no changes to the my vevo app details on my visa, and also no other notification. How do i check it has worked and been updated?

I checked my original application and emails from immigration and it says that i had applied for both and wud be contacted if necessary for further follow up after 2 years. Spoke to immigration today and they were surprised it said indefinite stay also. Doing the paperwork for the 100 as we speak.

You have exaclty 6 months to enter australia once your visa is granted. Mine was granted in feb 18 2014, and on my visa grant letter it stated entry must be by 18 september 2014.

I was granted a subclass 309 visa in 2014. I was granted Indefinite stay, unlimited entries etc all from the date of the visa being granted. The confusing thing is my VEVO check online states i am still in effect under a Partner provisional 309, with indefinite stay and unlimited work rights, just as it stated from day one. I am confused as reading most posts people are mentioning the 100 permanent visa. I have been on a couple of overseas trips and never had an issue. I have been here now for 5 years almost to the day, and its basically impossible to find out anything from online immi, and have been on hold for hours with the 131 contact number. Confusing as! Can anyone shed some light on this or have the same conditions? Or is what the MyVEVO app says is correct? im literally indefinite stay with multiple rentries during validity of visa, which is states is indefinite?
