Does visa refusal will affect my partner visa application when we do it sometime in this year? I've got visa refusal last year when I applied for tourist in my country philippines then 4 weeks after they refused my visa I then applied again and granted me to enter to australia, same visa as a tourist. Now my point is am I allowed to apply for partner visa now that I'm here in australia with my husband? Coz I read about the visa refusal or visa cancelled in the department of home affairs website. Need some advise on that matter.
