I got my pr in June last year after applying the previous September. I got a call from them asking to resubmit my police certificate as I uploaded it in the wrong format, I was approved straight away. No other questions asked. Good luck with yours. We ended up staying in the sunshine coast after getting PR

Thank you for the response and good to hear that you got your PR with no issues. Just another question, did you end up pursuing the online study. I am enrolled with a WA uni but doing my studies online and I am based in Sunshine coast Qld.

I will be eligible to apply for my 887 in August, when I checked with a mara agent, they said online study is not considered a breach, but after reading your post I got curious as to why the college told you its a breach.

I hope this won't be a breach on my side.

I got in touch with a mara migration lawyer and she said it's ok that moved from the NT after the 2 years. But I still need to be in the specific postcode classed as regional until my 887 comes through. So I have signed a new lease in sunshine coast and am leaving gold coast.
She also said because I haven't worked in the gold coast that I should get away with it.
Fingers crossed the visa will all go to plan from here.

Yes i did receive the nomination on the 21st of November and have already lodged the visa application on the 30th of November and now patiently waiting.

I'm not an expert but i think your time is still fine so dont worry. I did apply on 31 Oct and  did received my invitation on the 21st of Nov.

Visa Lodgement- 30 Nov 2018 All documents less medicals

Medicals uploaded- 18 Dec 2018

Now waiting............ 

I applied through MA and i have no update yet so i think CO is not yet assigned.
