Smart CNIC is all good to go. It is smart. It has eng urdu both. U dont need to do anything with that. My partner submitted his smart nic as it is.

Depends on ur case officer. I dint provide AFP or PCC or anything of sponsor n they dint ask as well. Got visa in 8 months.

No it wouldn’t for sure. My husband’s visit visa was rejected last year and we applied partner visa this year and it has been granted.

No there is no set rule. If they need on specific paper, they do mention. Otherwise plain paper is fine.

Dear I applied on 6 march 2018, had medical on 28th nov and grant on 3 December Alhamdulillah

Did they ask for any other docs? If not and you are done with the requested medical, then grant wouldn’t be so far. We had medical like on Thursday and got grant on Monday.

Thanx dear. I am female. But I was the sponsor. So we applied for my hubby’s spouse visa. And i dont think so gender makes any difference. It all depends on your relationship.

@Lilly 23 i can understand your pain. We dint consider generic email. Its a reminder to upload the docs if you haven’t provided earlier. We dint provide AFP as its not mentioned in AHCI Website. N they dint ask too. May be bcz in our case the sponsor was living in Pakistan since wedding. N it was female lol but good luck

At the time of apply, we only provided documents mentioned in the AHCI Website. When the case was opened, they asked for some extra docs i.e updated relationship history, future plans, separation periods, witnesses from pak. As such Nothing special or Tiime taking thing.

Yes. They do mention if they need any specific verification so dont worry.

No. There is no set rule. We provided on plain white paper. It has to be signed only. We got our visa within a day. Provided docs on Thursday n got visa on Monday. note: we verified guarantees statements by notary public. It was mentioned in the requested document.

Alhamdulillah spouse visa granted. Apply: 6 march 2018 by paper application generic email with medical request : 19 nov 2018 documents requested: 21st nov 2018 submitted: 28 nov 2018 Visa grant: 3 December 2018 note: we dint provide AFP or PCC of sponsor. And they dint ask as well.

Anyone here who got 309 n 100 both at the same time.? Its been 2 yrs of our relationship n we hv a kid too. Is there any possibility we get both visas together ? Note: it wasn’t two years at the time of apply. But now its been two years.

Hi I am new here. I applied 309 on 6th march 2018 and got generic email yesterday with general checklist attached. I think its a reminder to sent documents if not provided before. I applied paper based app. Should i consider this email as PCC might be expired or medical or polio vaccination certificate or wait for CO to ask for requested docs. himself? The checklist is a bit different from one on ISLAMABAD High Commission website. For the sponser we dint provide AFP cert.. as my wife is living with me in pak after our marriage. Shoud we apply for it now or wait for CO to ask for it????
