What's wrong with immigration time processing time again increased, why they are not processing an application before Aug 2018? Do it make a huge difference in processing time between SAF and non-SAF application? It seems like all old applicants have to wait until immigration finishes all SAF applications.

This was a generic email sent by immigration - my MA received the same email on 4/4/19
I still haven't heard or seen any progress on the application yet.
Hi,
I got a reply from my MA "They have commenced assessment of your application and as it will be assessed by multiple case officer’s we won’t know exactly who it is allocated to".

Hi All,
about 2 weeks ago we received an email which stated 'immi assessment commenced' and we haven't heard anything since. We haven't been asked for further information and have had no further communication. Just wondering if anyone else has had this?

Hi All, Is anyone got PR after receiving following email from immigration?
did you received this email from immi few days ago ?
"We are writing to inform you that your application for an Employer Sponsored Entry visa will shortly be allocated to a Decision Maker for assessment. To reduce potential processing delays you may wish to commence your application for relevant onshore and offshore police certificates. Additionally, you may also wish to commence your health checks."

Hi guys, silent reader here.
Finally got the golden email this morning after almost exactly 10 months of waiting. Immi status went straight from 'received' to 'finalised'. Was expecting them to request a new medical since my old one had expired mid March.
Like for most you, this process has been very stressful - up to the point where you basically put your life on hold as you don't know what is going to happen if something goes wrong.
Thanks for keeping me company along the way.

Hi everyone,
Congratulations to all who have got their PR ! Cheers...
My case is as below :
I have applied on 20th February 2018 for my 457 --> 186 TRT. Nomination and application was logged on 20th Feb 2018. It is for two adults and one child, me being primary applicant.
I was asked on 4/01/2019 to arrange for PCC ( Australia & home country ) and health examinations which were all submitted by 30/1/2019.
Further information was requested from my sponsor on 29/01/2019 which was submitted on 14/02/2019.
After this there has been no further updates from immi.My company is a 4 person small IT company and i am the ICT Support Engineer ( nominated position ) for the company. MA says immi is reviewing the further information and documentation received for the nomination before my application is assesed.
How long will this take and what are your thoughts? Obviously stressed and anxious at these times.
State : QLD
Birth country : HR
Application Status shows "Initial assessment" in immi account ( checked this morning )Thanks ,
Hi @AMcclain , do you have any idea about your company's turnover? I am also working with a small IT company with 4 people, and the annual turnover is around 500k, So I am a bit worried about my company nomination. Thank you.

Posting again: Hi, I am a bit worried about my company nomination, we are a small IT company with 4 staff and yearly turn over around 450 - 600 k, does it delay the application process, as it is not a multinational company with a million dollar turnover. Does it make a difference? Any suggestion @Hex?

How long it will take to approve company nomination with less than $500k turnover and company size 4?

I find ENS DE still need 12 to 15 months in official website. TRT is 12 to 13 months.
@HarryWong, please login to your immi account. Website takes few days to show updates.

@Kashif.Iqbal please advise as it's getting messy here
@Kashif.Iqbal It's better to provide some screenshot and update your detail in the excel sheet. It might help a lot for all. Currently it's misleading users. Thanks.

So does that means June application are under processing
It might be typo error, I guess it suppose to be 2017 according to @Kashif.Iqbal previous conversation.

It is totally unfair, people applying through some agencies get their PR with 5 months of application, but we have to wait around 10-16 months or even more. It is clearly mentioned in the website that, there is no such priority for 186 visa application. so, it is supposed to process according to the application order.

It's bit overwhelming as I wasn't expecting outcome so soon as I've been estimating timelines according to conversations in this forum, surprisingly I got mine with in 5 months.
I am hoping timelines are improving, so good luck everyone!

Hi, we have applied for 186 direct entry. Can we apply for Medicare? Or we have to continue our health insurance until we get PR? Really appreciate your answer. Thanks.
