Hi I got 457 approved in 2016 through trt completed 2 years lodged file and got pr last month. now I want to change my employer but he is telling me I can’t change I have to stay 2 more years with him but as I know if I get pr than I have no restrictions and I have worked 3 years fulltimer with them already . can anyone give me suggestions pls

Thanks hex ... company's everything is same just I moved to Sydney. But will it be a problem if I don't update because my nomination was from Newcastle or it doesn't really matter in which store I work because the company is same?

Hi I have a one question my company has two stores one in Newcastle and another in Sydney . I got sponsored from Newcastle store but now working in Sydney store permanently. My file is under processing so my question is that do I need to update my address and store as well or it's fine if I leave like this? Thanks in advance.

I am not agree with you totally there are lots of files are "decision ready" file so all it needs to check those file and make a decision. I understand there are lots of files are submitting but don't you feel it's way to long to know the result?? Some of us waiting from 2016 isn't it too much?? One newspaper published immi took 421 days to finalize result but the case officer assigned after 411 days so it took under 2 weeks to finalize. Most of the case officer asking to do again medicle test and police check because the paper we r submitting it is getting expired. So I think immigration in some cases can do faster.
