I am not very much sure in your case mate, Immigration department can deeply check and find out you are not working with current employer they can i say, so don't risk and finally endup in refusal of the visa. Think twice and as @Hex suggested may be notify them(Just a suggestion). Please be careful as these days immigration  department is very strict and there are no of cases where mostly looking to refuse visa's a lot.

Ok, as long as the ABN/ACN number is not changed i think there is low risk, did he/yourself applied through MA. If so, they are the best who deals better. If not Talk to Good MA if possible and see if there are any risks. And has @Hex said it you or your friend need to  to inform immigration of the change in circumstance.Wish you and your friend good luck.

Nomination Approved : 13/12/2018

Immigration Dept called  me yesterday 17/12/2018 and asked to send further documents

- form 80

-  Colour copy of New passport - cuz my passport expired last month (may take few weeks to get it)

-  Evidence of registration/licensing ( this doesn't apply to me but didn't understood yet need to further investigate)

-Character statutory declaration details request ( i had low range alcohol offense but there was no conviction i guess they need more explanation on these)

Since this morning i have been filling up form 80 ( too much to fill in information)

May be your vehicle registration or your driver license, just my guess. May be they want to verify low range alcohol offense.

Nope we aren't it was now changed back to 16 to 19 months.Logging in and out it is showing different timelines, might be a technical glitch in the website.

Same here as well my visa was lodged on 4th march 2018 but the last updated is showing as 16th March 2018.
