Qualified in what sense? Can you please elaborate? I have permanent residency in Australia. -
Is it possible to bring my partner over for a visit visa (assuming she doesnt get the no further stay condition) - get married to her through the official channel in Oz (BDM Victoria) and then apply for her partner visa while she is in the country, so a bridging visa can come into effect.
