Hi, I am having the same issues, i just received my 457 visa last week, but i found a new employer, willing to nominate me, will my current employer be informed this is happening? does she need to cease my employment first for the nomination to be approved, or it doesn't matter? i rather not give notice until the nomination is approved and then i can transfer, also what is the time frame at this point for the nomination to be approved? thank you in advance ?
