The processing time of 187 is ridiculous. It raises up to 23months now. What employers can guarantee  nothing will happen in 2 year time? 

I would not go for RSMS again. Can’t afford 3rd failure.

I might on the same boat as you. Did you finalised your AAT appeal yet? Could you please let me know how long have you wait for a decision from AAT? Cause i need to buy some more time as well.

this situation happened on me twice. I worked in a world famous restaurant chain. Shifty business results in chaning ABN. The most important part is whether the ABN will change and whether your owner of the business is still in operation and can provide you an ongoing position for futher 2 years

It is just unfair that as an employee the business and the processing time is all out of my control but ends up, i am the only one suffering from the disruption.

 I have been a silent follower since my 1st 187 application.

Today, I got my SECOND attempt failure in the same business. I decided to share my story. Please refer to the news report

Now I am seeking AAT appeal (low chance to win though) and might go to ministerial intervention
