The lawyer keeps saying we just need to keep waiting bit it has to be a timeframe, I have 60 days to get the sponsorship approved.

Hi, Quick question, I am trying to transfer a 457 visa to another employer and I have been waiting for 8 weeks now without a reply from the immigration. I have tried to push it with the lawyer but still nothing. Any suggestions on how to move forward with this? I can’t keep waiting for too long as I am currently unemployed? Also is the a way to raise a complaint with the department of immigration? Thanks Altin

Good morning all, I just lodged my application last week and currently is a 13-19 months waiting time. How do I find out how many application similar to my role got approved this year? Also is there a maximum number of applications that get approved each year? Thanks Altin
