How come you are waiting for NSW to come back to you.

When they accept your EOI do you not just apply for your visa?

i believe when you go for the 190 visa youhave to submit 2 applications. 1 to the state which will check if what you claimed in your EOI matches with what they are willing to sponsor. at this point theycan approve or reject you. if approved you then get an invitation vallid for 60 days  to apply for the Visa through IMMI.

  2. Hi Darren,
I have recently applied for the 489 visa and once I applied for the visa, on my immi homepage it has a drop down tab titled "ACTIONS". When I clicked this dropdown menu it was telling me to complete a questionnaire and arrange medicals. I have had no contact with a CO yet as I have only just applied for my visa, I assume this is what they call front loading but then the instruction was in the "ACTIONS" list as stated.
It was kind of the same with the Police Checks, before I could pay for my application I had a list of documents I had to upload and if I missed any out I had to provide a reason for this. As Police checks were one of the documents I went and got them and uploaded them prior to paying for the application.

It was the same with my application. I guess the system was updated from July. It wont let you proceed unless you have uploaded all the required docs and that includes PCC and medicals etc. I was given advice to wait till CO contact before doing medicals but i had to do the health declaration and medicals before the Submit button was activated.
Unless you want to explain why you can not provide documents at time of submission, the immi system will force you to frontload all docs.

Hi, so I was wondering if anyone on here had gone out to oz on a student visa with children. I am aware of the expenses involved and there would be myself, hubby and 6 year old daughter. Wanted to hear people’s experience. I know you can only work 20 hours per week but full time during the holiday periods and I am just wondering if it is possible to survive doing this? I am looking at completing my degree in oz so I would be studying for 2 and a half years and could then apply for pr

my cousin did this as a student nurse, luckily they had no children at that time. it is achievable but you have to be really really tight with your budget. as your fees are not that high it could be possible.

  4. i suspect the form has changed slightly from those who filed their applications before July 2018. in my experience, it went like this once i hit the apply button.

upload all requested documents including PCC and form 80

after uploading and submission i was then asked to make a payment. when the payment had gone through i was then given the option to generate a HAP id which you would need to book for medical exam. medical exam was updated within 3 days.

  5. Hi Everyone
Regarding invites not being issued to people with 65points or below, is that regardless of which job you do.
If your job was more sort after would that change anything or is it across all job sectors.
    Thanks
I think your type of job is considered only for pro rata jobs. Currently accountants regardless of points are not being invited. When they start the new cycle they will probably dominate with high points and push us 65 pointers further back.
The only option is to go for 190 or try to increase your points.
    IMO i must add.
