This is more than fun. You have made payments to go through your case. Without something written or formal approach, how can over phone someone rules out the application. Have you inserted ' genuine need statement paper'

I don't understand Immi refused nomination without asking any information and without stating reasons in the refusal letter. By calling my Agent, they said they think my role is not needed. Then why they approved my 457 2 years ago?

Does anyone had the same experience?

 

They are not showing any concrete reason for refusal(!), how possible? They must have to issue a written letter. 

Moreover, what supporting documents you can think of to prove their decision wrong !!

nominee didn't provide enough evidence to prove that he is performing the duties( provided statement  from colleague and owner , PAYG , bank statement , detail of customer service team ,provide more documents then originally provided for 457 etc )

My MA is  saying decision is ludicrous and reason are unjustified . She told me in her 21 years of being MA she never saw the way immigration dealing these days . Its ridiculous.

You have said you are refused three times. Does it mean you applied in different a occupation ( in any of the 3 attempts)?

Most of the commentors are either cook or some marketing personnels. And they are getting good news. 

I have written one letter to the Department to stop working on all the files. We want the Labor Government to work on the files. Because this Bull-Dutton government is not capable to handle jobs. So guys if you see next month, the estimated processing time is 15 to 18 months. Dont worry.

Dear @KKD: It is really a sad news. Would you please write a but more to what extent the business incurred loss, Whether the training benchmarks were ok,  Any adverse information of the business, no of employees, whether Australian citizens are working in the business, statement regarding the real need of the position etc. Because only loss of the business is not enough to refuse an application. 

Wish to know some more good news this week. Waiting is a punshment.

You study is fine. Now for TRT you dont need skill assessment. But in future this opportunity may not continue. So this intelligent man@Parkesy is right. ‘Think for yourself’. Check the homeaffairs website, talk with you Migration Agent. Everything will be alright. ?

Wait and do any course ( if there any) that are helpful to prove your skills. TRT better.

I'll say that the profession is matter when you applied for the 186 TRT Visa, just because if your occupation is on the Skills occupation list Level 1, MAYBE your Visa can be approved earlier compare to the occupation on Level 2 or 3.

As you can see in this forum, from the past months accountants and engineers received their Visa after 5-8 months.

I hope this make sense.??

My profession is also skill level 1. So what? Waiting for 5 months. If I get response within 8-9 months, advance salute for you.

When I applied my IELTS score has not expired. But it will expire on July 2018. If the Immigration opens my file after July 2018, is it a requirement that I have to provide another IELTS certificate? Can anyone give an expert advice?

Visa Approved on 30/04/2018. 

Only documents asked was for nomination - Latest BAS statement and My bank statement showing income going into my account.

I really hope and wish all of you get your golden email soon.
