    Hi all,

    We've finally received our Golden email an hour ago!!

    I wish everyone all the best.. Hopefully all the grants will start coming through very soon in the new year! 

    I've just gone and bought a Australian Flag and a Blow-Up Kangaroo which I will surprise my Husband with when i get home today!  😁

    Thought I'll quickly let you guys know..  Received an email Friday night around 6pm (QLD time).. Looks like our application is with PESE WA. 

     

    They've requested a letter from the company just saying that our little girl (born after nomination was lodged) is included in the Company Nomination. We're not using a MA, so didn't event think to update the Nomination. She's included in VISA application.  

     

    Company is closed now for the holiday's so we'll only be able to get the letter from them early January, upload and wait! 😁

    My friend got his PR on Saturday too Transition lodged March 2018- straight approval no further documents requested. Literally dancing around so happy for him....

     

    MEANWHILE..... i submitted all documents on Friday which were further requested from us and i am now just waiting patiently until i get the tick of approval- it was actually better (easier)  when my case just said " Received" - because i wasn't expecting anything, i was able to just get on with my life... but since our nomination  approval and even more now since Friday submitting further documents i'm so jumpy every time i get an email, and my heart pounds and i think IS THIS IT? IS THIS IT?.... and when its not (which is obviously every email at the moment) i get a bit sad again. Emotions are so up and down its hard to relax!

    BUT I'm still hopeful our wonderful amazing Case Officer will re visit our case before xmas- i sent a Merry Christmas email this morning- that should help?  I MUST REMAIN POSITIVE AND SPRINKLE MY HAPPINESS LAW OF ATTRACTION DUST....(which is how i won monopoly last night so i'm certain it works🤣) and making little mantra's and songs up to hum throughout the day are contributing i'm sure

    ....however the wait is still soooo difficult... especially when you see people who have JUST applied this year getting theirs... i think PLEASE JUST SPEND 10 MINUTES ON MINE AGAIN PLLLLEEEEEAAAASE!

     

    Any way- i'm just letting off some steam!

    I'm 20 month and 10 days.... but hey who's counting?

    I would so LOVE to see your PR come through, but in the same time it would be sad for us still hanging around, as we wont be seeing any of your positive and happiness sprinkling post anymore! 🤩

    I'm sure the X-mas email was all she needed.. It will come through very soon 😋

    How far did your wife put the living history for the last 10 years? I'm waiting for the same visa as you (186 TRT - Developer programmer), and I applied in March this year (nomination and visa).

    For both our living history stopped on Jan 2010 (not exactly 10 years), because there are not enough lines on the form. Do you recommend to contact our MA to update the form 80 now or better to wait until they get back to us? I'm afraid that changing the application now will delay the approval again...

    My husband and I used Part T (at the end of the form) to add more details as we didn't have enough lines as well.

    Now that he's 3 and they are looking at the case, they have a requirement from certain countries - for anyone over 2 to have a TB screening. 

    The Case Officer is requesting it.

    We're in the Same situation than you guys.  We did the medicals earlier this year and he was under 2 then.  So they will most probably request the same from us.

    Have you left Australia after his first medical was done?

    I sent an email to nsw.pse@border.gov.au 

    You do wait a week or so for a reply and generally they don't reply if you ask about processing times, update on your file etc.  I received a reply as I asked something about uploading documents or something back then

    Any idea, the 13-19 months of processing time is referring to the time of your nomination lodgement or I need to wait for another 13 months or more from the date of my visa lodgement? Oh no, this gonna be painful.

     

    Hi @JaW Think you get thrown back into the que again. We did the same. Submitted our visa in March after nomination approved and still waiting. ?‍♀️
