So the state sponsorship does not lock in my age yet? If so, how long is an invitation to apply for visa issued if you are state sponsored? Yes, I am contemplating to get a migration agent. Just want to see my options first given that I am pressed for time. Many thanks again.

Am I correct that it is the form 1023 to be used? I suppose there's no need to re-do the EOI and wait for another invite? How about if you have already received visa and found out that your marital status is incorrect, which form should be used? Sorry for another question, I just received state nomination from NT (489), I'll be turning 45 in a few days. Does my age freeze at 44 since I received the state nomination from NT? Thanks a lot..

Just want to ask if there is a way to correct the marital status after getting state sponsorship and invite. In EOI, marital status was incorrectly stated as "separated" when it should be "married". Can you just correct it during visa application, or is there a form that you need to fill up? Another question, if you are married but your spouse and kids will not migrate with you, do you have to pay for their visas even if they will not join you? Looking forward to advises. Thank you.
