Has anyone noticed, they removed the “Estimated Processing Time” ??? Old and screenshots shows the difference!

Hi Guys, I am in Pakistan while wife in Australia. We got married in December 2016. We submitted our application in December 2017 so now application status is "assessment is progress" My wife happen to be moving some time soon so is it a good idea to have my names on the utility bills? I think I know the answer is "NO" still checking with you all to be on sure side. Thanks in advance
