Oh! its weird ...Are you newly married or any other reasons that made them question you this?

I agreed, maybe they haven't been together for a long time.

My fiancé and I have been together more then 14 years and when we apply for the Visa they asked us to prove our relationship, with joint bills account, holiday thickets etc...

Not yet, no idea of what the result will be, was hoping for someone in the same situation to tell me updates. Friend of mine in the same boat is waiting for 20 mos now and still haven't heard anything. Bonus of that Perth was removed from list of regional area which makes it harder. Don't know if I should move to other places but was hoping to get something out from the nomination first considering the waiting time I have already spent='(

    Do you have a MA?

    Hello everyone

Another silent reader here. I would like to appreciate all of you for making this wait easier. You all who post here, are brave and strong people. Honestly, I couldn’t write, just being so stressed and fed up with the wait.

And today I am writing as THAT WAIT is over.

ENS TRT as Cook approved today, applied in MAY 2017

both nominations and visa applications were approved within an hour. ??

After two RSMS and one ENS refusal, it is hard to believe that I finally have received THE GOLDAN TICKET. And it marks a little above a decade of being here and trying.

My bestest wishes with everyone writing and reading here. I promise that you will forget this long wait within minutes. Best wishes ?

Congrats.. I'm so happy for you!!

We are posting in this forum so we are feeling that we are not alone in this WAITING time of our life.

    Enjoy your PR... ??

Australian has added 3 caveat while applying to this category.

    • an annual turnover of less than AUD$1M
    • fewer than five employees
    • a nominated base salary of less than AUD$90,000.  Can somebody please clarify how is this nominated base salary computed. I am from India and given current exchange rate it would be 4.5 Million in my local currency.

I think It should be $ 90000 base for the whole year before taxes..

I can see that a huge influx of direct entry applications could be ‘high risk’, but hopefully that term isn’t applied to TRT stream applications. That’d be pretty difficult to swallow. It’s like admitting the 457 processes were lax to begin with, which is not something that could be the fault of the applicant nor of the nominating employer, and doesn’t exactly ring true of a ‘grandfathering agreement’.

If you and your employer met the requirements for 457 and have stuck to the rules for TRT stream agreement, then that’s pretty black and white if you ask me. How could you suddenly be higher risk now than you were when your 457 was granted?

    Definitely agree....
