That's just your opinion though right? It's not a fact?

I can see the logic to be fair but perhaps its taken into account along with low risk occupations and major, approved sponsors. Seems a bit unfair if it was as black and white as you have suggested above but again, only conjecture.

I think it is just a personal opinion because I know some of my friends applied without MA and they got their PR approved on time and without any issue..

  4. Dear Waris,

I'm so sorry if I'm saying that but you just need to understand a few things.

It doesn't matter how much experience your husband has, 3 years compare to all of us in this forum, it isn't a lot, and plus 10 months of waiting time is nothing, people with 10 years of experience are waiting for years...

Please, all of us are in the same boat, it is stressful and hard but we need to be patient, that's it...

    Good luck.

$30,000   Are you sure you don't mean $3,000.  If it was $30,000 you were absolutely crazy to hand it over or absolutely desperate to get a visa no matter how much it cost.  Good grief.  I doubt very much you will see any of your money again.

If the Visa as been refused, means that he applied for your Visa.

How can you prove that it was a fake Visa, and why he ask that much money just for an application?

    This sound so so strange...??

Hi guys...just checked my immi account today and it looks different. It does not say anymore next to the type of visa(this application will take 9-11 months) as it was showing before! It just shows the date that i applied and still stuck on received after almost a year! Why they keep changing things? The frustration is unbearable anymore! One month they show you something and you think you are nearly there..and the month after everything is changed!!! Now looks like they don't even know how long will take to process my application.. after almost a year. Applied 13 april 2017. So sick and tired.... who is stressed and frustrated like i am raise hands please...

I think all of us have the same feelings, but we'll need to think that some people are waiting for years and they still hoping that something sooner or later will happen.

It's so hard but I hope that when we'll receive our golden news we'll be free of this kind of stress, and we'll enjoy our life.

Finger crossed for everyone and good luck ?

  8. Hi guys,

Something it is not clear to

    me.

So, one of my friends applied with the DE 187 Visa, before she had a student Visa.

From when she'll need to start to count the time for her Visa to be granted, from the knowledgement letter or from when her Bringing Visa has started??

    thank you

It's been 15 months today without any news...emoji20.png
My MA doesn't want to call them and I'm scared to do it by myself.. I'm scared to hear after 15 months.. that my case is not even allocated to anyone...
    emoji26.pngemoji26.pngemoji26.pngemoji26.pngemoji26.png

Same here, I asked to my MA to call the Immigration office, but she said that they will not say much and they will put the phone call on old for an hour.

The excuse was that she doesn't have that time to wait, but on the other hand, we can wait for months or maybe years without having any news. ??

It is so unfair for all of us.

Im not trying to scare you all or provide you with any wrong information,It could be specific to nature of applications itself, So please do not blame me if some one finds complete contradictory information from any Ma or otherwise. I now feel it is something like Spouse visa that you need to keep updating lol even after 2 years.

I totally agree with you, my MA  is asking me to provide all BAS lodge and all the bussines bank statement...

of course every 2 or 3 weeks I sent her an e-mail asking if we can add something else to our application.

Last month she asked me the December BAS 2017.

Sorry, I know that it's not our job but sometimes  we need to push our MA, we can not just leave the application there without new update.
