But it has no effectiveness if applicant and sponsor are unable to get it verified from 2 Australians. From your reply I infer that just for the sake of required info fill the form and submit without witnessing and verification.

Yes done with medical and we responded the case officer with justification that these Forms are required to be submitted by Australian Citizen, PR Holder or persons in Australia. Its very clearly written on the first page of form-888 that if you are not one of those and you use this form Australian Govt will not consider your statement.

Hi All DOL: 26.07.2017 DOI: 03.05.2018 I just want to discuss that during interview the case officer insisted to submit Form 888. My wife told him that it is not applicable on me as per policy and I have already made two affidavits. She also responded the same in email. Your views please?

Hi I received my OZ immi in Feb 17 and made my first entry in June 17. Then I came back to Pakistan and I applied for my wife and kids visas in July -17. Now after sorting my affairs in Pakistan I am leaving for Australia in Feb-18. My family visas are still awaited. My question here is: If the sponsor is not in Australia whether it would have impact on partner visa time line? Please advice... Salman
