Hi guys,
Does anyone know what this new column in June-17 (Skill Level) refer to?
Also, should we add a column Short term/Long-term List to see if there is a correlation between the approval's speed and such lists?
Cheers

Me neither .. what will I spend my day doing now?
Sometimes I force myself to not go for 1 hour. Then I'm so proud.

No need to delete your post. It gave us hope. Our frustrations are with DIBP not you. We're always happy for people to get approved but more so were happy to see some movement with approvals. The buck lies squarely with Immigrations allocation process, its a mystery to us who have been waiting so long but believe me we are all happy for you. The less people who have to go thorugh what we are going thorugh is a good thing, even if it makes no sence. Enjoy your PR, you deserve it as much as anyone does. We just hope were next.
Well said! I both love and hate seeing approvals, can't help but feeling a bit jealous
If I get it before Xmas I'll buy everyone in Sydney a round of beer

Today marks exactly 12 months since applying!
Happy Anniversary!
This is the 2nd worst anniversary possible. The 1st worst would be the 2nd year anniversary! :-)

My Nomination application has been refused today due to training benchmark requirements. It’s a direct refusal without asking further evidence.
We have provided bank statement to immi but they say that we have not provided more detailed info on how we have provided training for employees.
They also mentioned that we can claim a complaint. Will that help or once it is refused can’t we do anything?
Do we have to reapply and wait for one year or more again?
Any advice is highly appreciated.Oh no Praveen so sorry to see that. Best of luck mate.

How much tax do you pay on a bridging visa? My tax agent told me 32.5% as I'm considered non- resident for tax purposes. Is that right?
Are you working onshore? If yes I believe you are a resident for tax purposes

Another person who applied in June seems to have found the Holy Grail?
It looks like they are focusing on engineering and education...

I was hoping to get some updates before the end of the year but don't think that'll happen. I am trying to get mentally ready and get this sorted for Feb/March.
I hear you mate. It's hard though not to hope for tomorrow...

Thanks mate, I spend probably half my days on that spreadsheet :-)
Any idea if checking the ImmiAccount is worth it though?

Hi Guys,
New poster but refreshing this page every hour or so :-). Applied in June-17 so my hopes are high when I see some people being granted that applied at the same time.
I'm also refreshing my immi account 4-5 times a day where I always see the same depressing status: "received".
From anyone's experience, is it even worth it to check?
Thanks guys, good luck to all.- 1
