But yeah, my boss already plan to hold a celebration party for me cause she knows i wanted the PR so bad.. so probably open few bottles of champagne, whisky, soju, you name it and sink with them the night.

GUYS.. I cant believe I am typing this. I have the golden email 3 hours after my nomination was approved this morning. I have got my PR now.... If you guys have anything that would like to ask me.

as long as it is under the same ABN, but if it is under different ABN after it was sold, then you have wasted for the first five months, but since you reapply for the nomination, then 2 years time starts to count when your second visa (second nomination) was granted.

My bf has already applied for 186, he was waiting for immi, but now business is closing down. THe owner has other restaurants but under dif ABN, thats why i mentioned this.

As far as I know, if the business changes its ABN, you most probably will get a refusal. Different name of business but same abn is still likely work out. Consult a migration agent to find out as there must be a legislative instrument which they could find the solution. If you are applying TRT, you MUST only work for SAME / ONE company for two years or until your visa is finalised.

I have a concern about my nomination,can anyone help please?

I lodged 186 trt nomination through a MA on 18.01.2018,my employer didn’t pay the training fee each year,he just payed 2% before i lodged my nomination.

I didn’t lodge visa application coz I’m afraid the nomination would be refused because of the training fee.

Are there any similar nomination situation and  got granted or got refused?

it could be refused. theres many cases similar to

you. they already paid first year , they were late to pay the second year, the nomination was refused straight away. another one, they paid 2% out of total two years, the CO also rejected it cause training needs to be paid each year when the SBS is approved. I am sorry.

oi@parkesy you know what. i just found out literally just now that a case officer has requested further documents on 15/6 and I jomiat found out earlier today. holy moly... he is requesting bas and profit loss and tax return. oh man hopefully it gets through well and all good. I am finger crossing myself!

Busy days short of staff im getting stressed out with loads of pressure. Life became  so tough. Dont know how long this is gonna take. when this is gonna finish. God please grant me soon before i go in depression and anxiety. I dont need pr when i loose my health.

I applied in August 17 and havent heard anything bro. so be patient. i know its hard cause i am feeling it and have been feeling it for the past 6 months.

I guess its not right if you say immigration doesnt consider restaurant manager as a genuine need at all, cause there’s lots of people granted for the past two months for restaurant manager. it depends on case by case (where you work, what kind of restaurants, what kind of food you serve, etc). You need to read the legislative instruments and the caveats for Restaurant manager carefully.

I’m expecting it every day except  Sunday mate.... my brain is running like Ferrari every day every minute till 4pm Monday to Saturday from last 1 month.
unable to focus on other things because of this and shit workplace to be honest,  stingy boss squeezing every drop of me.

Almost exactly the same situation for me to apart from that. We will be alright I reckon. The people who are processing the file are doing the best they can, Breaking down those Guardia figures I reckon they are having a good crack at it on limited resources....

Example:

165,000 forecasted approved visa by 30 June 2018.

138,000 approved at the end of April 2018.

That leaves estimated 27,000 to process in 2 months. The article said two thirds of the approvals are skilled work visas so that means 18,000 for ENS over those two months. Thats means they are approving 2,250 a week!....But thats only approvals which means they are processing more. There is roughly a 15% refusal rate so that means we need to add 15% on top of the 2,250. The result is that immigration is processing approximately 2,587 applications per week! So before July, roughly they will go through 5,200 more applications or 71 applications an hour!

 

oh my God.. i put my hats off to you mate! this is one of the most interesting, informative post on this forum so far besides all of the grants. hopefully we will get it soon mate. I always try to believe that every night before I sleep that I will receive the golden email the next day, except on Friday and Saturday night and the night before public holiday. ha ha.. I guess you will be getting one soon for the fact that someone granted recently for Aug, Oct 2017 application for marketing and you are on June even, whilst I havent seen any chefs recently. oh man, i will be getting as drunk as I could literally once i get the golden email. I cant wait to get drunk.

Mate I feel you. Its super ingrained into my daily life but I have just accepted it! I figure I'm going to be waiting maybe another 6 months (that would make it 18 months) as Im just pretty unlucky so no point fretting too much.

my workplace wasnt very good in the past 5 months and I was stressed out and almost gave up.. lucky i had friends and family supporting me all the way..., it just started to get much better now, but still, when it comes down to this waiting game, i am still frustrated eventhough it is not as much as I was before. I lost 4kg during that stressful time!

I wish I could forget this forum and the immigration stuff. But it gets too much in my brain already and i feel like I check this forum unconsciously sometimes and realised damn, I keep opening this whenever i turn on my phone.. I guess there is no point of checking immiaccount as the first thing you will receive is an email from immigration straight away. I was shocked I received an email from immigration 3 days ago, but then I read the subject it was bridging visa grant.. i was like... damnnnnnnn.... man. i hope this is over soon with a very good news and for everybody who has been waiting since last year!

Nom and both apply same day for her its came same day, we apply from same MA as well, her file lodge 1 hr before me. She just got golden email now. Any idea when i got my one, anyone here in  same boat. Plz reply 

I guess it depends on the occupations. mine is Chef too applied in Aug 2017. Theres many cook granted recently for June applications, it is very good for your friend who got approved alr when she did in November. I havent heard any Chefs got granted recently (on this forum). So.. when you will get it? I dont know. cause I dont know mine either

I need urgent help please. I applied RCB and Nomination DE nsw 11 july 2017. Received RCB after few weeks and Nomination last december but still couldn't lodge my visa application due to many problems. 15 june will be 6 months of my nomination. My agent says he's waiting for the final confirmation of my RCB as the old one is already expired. I'm scared whether he can lodge my visa application within 15 june but my MA says we can apply for the visa even after 6 months of nomination and not to worry. I'm not sure whether it's true or not. Please suggest.
