I have applied in Dec-24-2016. Already 8 month and still waiting.

I got the call in February to confirm information with me the duration it was 45 min talking and asking me questions about the what I have write in my forums.

So I am just waiting as well & pray for me and all to get it soon [emoji1317][emoji1317] Ya Allah, Amen

[mention=264944]Mrshubs[/mention] no one knows their security check protocols, and if you have nothing to hide, you need not worry about that. I have never heard of any acquaintance of any applicant being called for any security check from anyone or on any online forums.
[mention=263788]KLeanne[/mention] where did you apply your application from? The duration of your application depend on your passport and location of the application.

Hey everyone! Is there any security check calls for spouse visa? Like does anyone know that they people call from third party for confirmation?

No it doesn't matter! My partner applied for me through an Agent in AUS, Adelaide. And I am living in Dubai. I am waiting for almost 7 months and 22 days now for the good news.
Processing time is the same as far as you submit all the documents! We keep providing updates of our continuing relationship though!

[mention=264944]Mrshubs[/mention] interview calls usually come between 3-7 months after DOL.
questions asked vary from general to personal and usually from the things mentioned in your application, so you should know what is written in your application.
Calls are recorded and the person (caller) tells you not to refer from anything, else your interview is void.

hello! i applied in dec and my interview call came end of june, since then again no updates...i totally understand your impatience. fingers crossed for speedy grants for all of us inshAllah

There is no specific months or days for interviews, you can expect an interview call after your file is allocated to a case officer and it can happen anytime.

I have not seen an interview update from peeps who applied in January or February, on average it takes between 5 to 6 months. We applied our visa in February and its almost five months now and we havent heared anything from immigration yet. Lets hope it is soon.

Hello everyone I am new to this group but I am a silent reader. Is there anyone who applied in January 2017. As my husband  applied for my spouse visa in January 2017 from Sydney through our lawyer. Anyone can give me some idea that when i will be expecting my interview call? My medical and biometrics was also done in January.
