We've come from the UK and are now starting to look for rentals. We are trying to do a letter explaining everything but we're a bit stumped as to what to put in it. Can anyone give me any pointers as where to start or what to include.

This is what we've been doing. We've walked all around the CBD each day since we got here. Maybe there's no hope for me!! Destined to not have sleep anymore

I stay awake all day in the hope of having a good night's sleep but it's not working for me at the moment.

I need some advice on how to overcome jet lag. We arrived on Sunday morning and I've not slept properly since we've landed. I went to bed at 10pm last night but woke up a couple of hours later wide awake even though my body is tired o couldn't get back to sleep. Any advice would be great x [emoji42][emoji42]

At last we are going to land in Melbourne on 28/10. We are not shipping anything over as we are only on a 2 yrs visa, so literally coming with clothes in case. I need advice as to what your winters are like, do we need to pack fleecy winter coats (designed for our snowy conditions) or leave them at home. Do we need to clean the soles of any shoes we pack in cases - (I think I've been watching too much of nothing to declare) That is all for now, I'm sure I'll be back asking more questions ?? If we rent a property in Melbourne a 3 bedroom around $400per week. Can anyone give a rough idea of what price bills i.e gas, electric, water etc we would have to pay. Zatara80 thanks for this info, I didn't realise that it was that much for school fees. Hopefully we should be able to get by until I have found a job even if it's on a tilll in a shop I'm not fussy. The first 3 months rent will be paid by my husband's company so we will try and save as much as we can for when we have to pay for utilities ourselves.
