  1. hey guys i was wondering if you have criminal conviction in a european country and you are applying for a visa from the uk will it matter.
  2. their is plenty of space in Australia the problem is not enough of houses are being built and developers see the financial gains in building flats as there is a stronger return
  3. the good thing is it was a long time ago also even if it comes up fighting isn't that bad the thing they really don't like is drugs you shouldn't have a problem.
  4. a caution is just a warning to keep it on record in case something happens later on involving you it is cleared after 2 years if I'm not mistaken
  5. a big problem is that banks look at zero hour contracts employees as too risky to give loans for things such as cars and when applying for a mortgage the zero hour contract wage cannot be taken into account due. maybe some people may find this acceptable and if that fits there lifestyle great but the thing I don't like is big companies are abusing workers and laying off full time staff to recruit for these positions and driving down the quality of living in the UK.
  6. that's sounds like a good statistic on the face of it but more and more people are working part-time and on zero hours contracts a good friend of mine was working at sports direct due to his mother been taken ill and they advertise shifts in a WhatsApp group chat whoever responds first gets the work there is stability in working like that plus the banks Stop correcting don't want to know you.
  7. thanks for the reply rickev that seems like a good plan I have family up in Brisbane where I could stay with the only problem is its out in the sticks in the upper coomera area would my British motorcycle licence be valid to use ?
  8. thank you for the response what your saying makes a lot of sense. I guess just jumping into moving acroos the world is not the best idea hopefully i can be patient enough.
  9. the direction I want to pursue is a software developer I have experience in java and C++. I have created apps for java and have good knowledge of SQL my biggiest fear about moving to Australia would be not being able to find employment once I arrived.
  10. hey guys I'm close to finishing up my degree in computer science in the united kingdom I have wanted to move to Australia ever since I visited family friends back in 2012 I ended up staying 3 months I've been looking at the visa's but to move on a work visa I will need work experience after graduating I have prior experience in software development and I'm hoping to make the move permanent any advice or help would be greatly appreciated many thanks
