I don't know when we get our visa .

somtime I get scared if it not gone through this time also what I'm gonna do

it's nearly 3 months when they reguested

Yes I think they do I heard in many cases

people get golden email on Saturday

My MA also did not advise me that kids medical

is valid for 6 months.and I was asking if we have and expired

document we can submit

but he did not advise and waiting just because of kids medical

now

Requested kids medical on 18 dec

submitted on 4/1/17

its more than 2 months no any news yet

but in last application they refused nominations with in 3 weeks after the submission of requested

document.

does not understand why they take so long now

The case officer requested for additional documents for nomination. My MA didn't provided it. We appeal it but still lost.

Same thing happened with my first application which get refuged last year. Put new application in may 2016 and still waiting

Dear friends,my medical has been expired on 31dec 2016,but on immi account it shows that medical has been finalised and visa application can be continue ,so do you think they will request to get new ones or no?

also my wife have not done ielts so we are going to pay second visa application fee for her,anyone have any idea after nomination approval how long it take to open visa file and to request (SVAC) .....thanks for your reply

after paying that fees my friend got visa in 3 weeks

Both of your occupations are same? can you share the comparison between you and your friend timeline please.

yes we both apply as a cook in restaurant

One of my friend apply in same month in may 2016

and he got visa first week of feb

and im still waiting
