1year complete
Called mp of my area yesterday she called Immi
They have same answer to her file is not allocated yet
But they requested documents in December
Don't know what's going on
She also says can't do much about
And can't question them whey its not allocated
So disturbing
Don't know
My visa is finishing soon
If I got something negative this time again I will not have any option

I hear you, my 457 has expired in January and since then I am on bridging visa. 

My agent also said immi refused 30 to 35 files in two weeks.....i m in depression becoz it's 19 months now but still no case officer allocated yet....and visa will expired in 2 months and in hairdressing 

My MA said Immi refusing
Many application without asking any thing due to financial conditions of business

Do not worry u will be all right
It happened with me last year
One of employee had salary differences in 2014 and my employer paid it
Immi ask proof
And my employer provided all business bank statements
But they refused it because we had not provided that employees bank statements which we could
After see that reason we send her bank statements
But Immi did not accept
And they said they already maid decision so can bot be changed they told us for appeal. But I had still 457 visa left so I applied again I'm still waiting for results since May 2017
If u paid difference u would be alright

Is anybody in my situation my nomination additional document was requested on 18 March, submitted within timeframe still no news [emoji46] Very scared

FINALLY - best news ever oh my god. After nearly a decade we're permanent residents!!! We got the grant early today. It hasn't fully sunk in yet. I haven't cried in relief yet! 
Thank you to everyone for the support and for sharing your experiences - it has made a big difference knowing we're not alone. I'm updating my details on the spreadsheet now, along with my signature here.
