Really disappointed today. Oh god help us
My friend says I should go for another option for safe side
I'm really stress spending 4 years 0n 457 visa I still don't know what would be future of my family. As kids are going in school. But still not satisfied what I'm doing

There was other girl was sponsored she had short salary differences they in 2014 which has been paid by my employer
When they opened my application they asked about it my agent provided business bank statements
Which was showing that differences has been paid
But they refused because that girl bank statements was not provided
When saw that reason my agent submitted this also
But they didn't accepted
Told us for appeal

No I had 457 visa left for 1 year and3 months when I got refusal my last 186 application

Any one knows should I start work before 187 visa granted.my Lawyer adviced me to start work so it's better chance of approval.is it helpful.

Hi I also got refused application last year after working on 457 2 year for missing documents by my agent
So I applied again in May 2016 and I haven't heard any thing yet. Just sometimes get negative thoughts. Let see my application will go through this time or not
