Yes, it looks like:
- they follow nomination date
- they give priority to Transition
- they give priority to DE (high demand occupations)
- some months they give priority to LH and others to HR.
hope we can see many approvals this week and get more information on the process method on the 14th/15th of March.
Thanks @izzielizzie for the information shared - just not sure if the bill has been approved just yet.

Jess6 you are so right - sometimes I am so de-concentrated and other days I feel so depressed as we can't really plan anything..

Congratulations!!!

Whoever is waiting before March 2016 should definitely do something as the automated response says that they are working on March - August 2016 Visas...It sounds like they have totally forgotten about some visas

@gary1985 did you try call them? what did they say?

I am really sorry! how little was the income? do you know? and what about your 457 - I mean the DIBP has granted that the first time. I thought if they grant the 457 should not be a problem for 186..

That is what I thought.. I really would like to see August approval but I know it is still a bit early..I think it is a big step if we get more July approvals....

Hey @Gary1985,
can't you ask your migration agent to do something? I am not even sure they can but you can give it a go..

I went through their website but still nothing. Apparently the new information should be under "service standards processing times".
"....The latest processing times will replace the previously published service standards to give you a better idea of how long it is taking to process a particular visa subclass, stream, or citizenship application...."
Hope it relates to all visas.
