Hi guys the immi will be slowdown till July. In August it will work on regular basis. .. so plz don't think too much about it nd put urself into stress....

omg , last month was 12-13 mths and I fiannlly reached 12 months , now it is one more month.
so when would it be ended?

If u can, go for it mate. I can't get 7 band in IELTS writing. That why I am going around... 
 

Raymond, immi have requested more docs on 13th jan 2017 just the police clearance from kuwait. Since then its been 4 months and i have not received any response from them.

Just a bad new guys. My friend still waiting after 8 weeks since IMMI request docs and he upload it. And he apply from April. I think the "within 28 days will get response since you upload docs" doesn't exist anymore.

Immigration should give accurate information on what they r upto making these many people wait and delaying their files is not good..it shows their inefficiency

i think they freeze retail managers and cooks applications coz they changing the list for rsms in coming march

I heard a news from my friends that Visa 187 going to need 3 years experience on related industry from July. Is that true?

Any one from April and May? By looking at the recent PR granted. They seems from June to October. Why IMMI just skip from March to May?

Hi, I've been following this thread for the past few months but not posted before. Got some news about my application a few days ago but it's not exactly encouraging:
Occupation: Hotel / Motel Manager
Applied nomination and visa together 7th April 2016
LR country, direct entry
Immigration contacted 25/4/17 and have asked for a lot more information about the business I work for such as BAS statements, all of my payslips, resignation letter from the person who's job I took over, new employment contract, new job description, market salary research as there's no equivalent employee.
I thought it all sounds pretty standard but my agent said he has "concerns" because in 97% of his cases immigration have assessed the employer and applicant together but in this case they haven't even opened my visa application yet. Apparently he feels they're subjecting the business to a higher level of scrutiny than normal.
Just wondered if anyone else has had a similar experience?

Hi Guys I m just giving up hope..it seems like they will take another 2-3 months and they will give negative result bcoz they will start looking at the cases according to todays fact of strictness of immi..I think I will end up getting nothing..this wait will not worth..feeling very frustrusted nd sad

What responses do you guys get when you phone for updates from immi?

Ma said we can only wait till file opens. It shouldn't be too long.

Just a quick update, completing 13 months today, but still nothings

I reckon immi taking so long to process Rsms these past months because they were preparing for this changes they were busy doing/analysing/studying/reading the new changes and now it's been almost finalise they have now time to sit and do our visas. Hopefully. Just an assumptions. 

Feel so sorry for those who are still waiting and just miss the chance due to the rule changes these few days.
My migration friend share to me that even people were able to lodge 187 and immi say those apllication wont be affected, he experiences more visa referral since the rules change. More franchises and small business applications have been rejected and people lost 457 as a backup plan at the same time.
Best of luck for those who are waiting.

We are ok for now. I was saying that the future policy will may affect on our visa unexpectedly but of course I hope not. For example, the government extends the visa holding time form 2yrs to 3 yrs something like that.

How long since you take your English test? I suppose they will recognize your score in 3 years
