1.

Salam, Did you get visa?

2. as soon as you get the grant you will have to leave Australia they might call you too
3. it has no impact on spouse visa. If granted a visit visa the applicant has to leave Australian soil once he/she is granted spouse visa and re-enter Australia on the spouse visa. The visit visa can be 3 months or 6 months grant but have to leave once the time stated is up
4. you can give it a go I applied half a year ago but no one from Pakistan is given a visit visa to Australia
5. I apples lied for a visit visa but it got rejected on the grounds that the applicant is not going to come back to Pakistan. They reject the visit visa if spouse visa is still under assessment. This is mostly true for Pakistani applicants.
6. If that's the case then why haven't they been able to process a. Add in which the couple has never been married has no children and no other complications?
7. you have put it well Misbah but whenever I call the AHC they refuse to give any information whatsoever despite the fact that I'm over 10 months since lodgement. They say that everyone else is waiting. Further the keep moving the goal post; first it was 9 months and now 12, I'm pretty sure that it will move up in another 3 months. How and where can one complain, they know really well that we are pretty much helpless. They are delaying for some purpose that is unknown to me.
8. If there is a delay of let's say a year in your application then is it a possibility that someone has tried jeopardise or endanger your application if they have details of the couple applying?
9. They are taking their sweet time.....they didn't hesitate or take much time when asking for money or our own documents
