Hi luckily AHC ISB attended my call and same answer 12 months and application is not delayed. I asked how come people getting quick visa before Other DOL? They sayinfg every case is treated independently. good luck guys!!

U didnt apply for visit visa? And how would I know my CO in Aus. I know my CO in islamabad.

Thanks my partner has reached 11 months mark almost. So Am thinking to get 3 months visit visa and in the meanwhile we get the partner visa hopefully. And for all this you have to inform your CO about vist visa and once partner visa is granted you have to leave Australia and re enter. Thanks

Yes, but if granted a visit visa and you are in Australia, so will they contact you and will ask you to leave Australia so that you can get partner visa?

Hi Ssyed, does it have any impact on partner visa if visit visa is rejected? And if visit visa is granted then you have to come back to Pakistan in 3 months to get your partner visa as it states you have to be out of pakistan when partner visa is granted

Hi IQ2105 Whats the email to launch the complaint? as I used the link given by a member Ali here? Further we need to complaint why there are not attending calls and automated response is there? They should increase staff for this. Also, I think they don't judge application by DOL as most of the guys have received visa quickly then in a queue. Thanks

Lets see if anyone replies who recently got 309 QUOTE=Misbah;1937020910]In my opinion, AHC Pakistan finalizes the assessment and give their finding to a senior case officer which may be in AHC Islamabad or in Australia. I have seen some guys who were granted visas from Canberra or Brisbane (Centers for all family visas). Another friend has Grant Place Islamabad. THOSE GUYS WHO RECENTLY GOT PARTNER VISA PLEASE CHECK WHATS WRITTEN FOR LOCATION IN THE CASE OFFICER SIGNATURE IN YOUR VISA GRANT LETTER.

Well if Sydney Immigration saying all applications are handled in Pakistan but zi came to know they send finalised applications to Australia for verification? As Misbah has also mentioned his? Anyone knows this ?

I used Gerry's Services Lahore and didn't launch the application online. I have reached 10 months mark and still waiting.

If they didn't ask for any documents it means you have provided them every document. I guess 309 visa is given by AHC and then they transfer the file to Australia. This is what I came to know.
