anyone else having issues with their Migration Agent?

seriously pissed off with mine. Keeps sending me emails which belong to someone else application. he cc'd me into an email last week with the other main applicant i replied stating that this email must be for someone else. MA replies sorry don't read it. Then just now i get another email which he sent to the main applicant (who mustn't of replied) so forwarded to his partner (put sent to me in stead AGAIN).

Like how can you trust you MA when he seriously breaches confidentially by sending me other peoples applications?? Surely he's breaching Migration agent rules here?

Any advise? as he has submitted our application 7 months ago so can't exactly get a new one at this point :mad::mad::mad:

Kristy, It's there it's said 6 months and 187 as priority. Not much information though.

So it actually wasn't updated then as it always said 6 months and 187 as priority 1 group :wacko:

@Ajm Visit them personally?? Are you onshore? Because if you've been to immigration offices here, you'll realise it doesn't really work that way unfortunately.

 

If you read back through this forum, my employer's MA has emailed and called a couple of times..and so have I. They've said that it hasn't been allocated yet, and that this is due to staff resourcing, large volume of applications, a system of qualifying which "group" your lumped under, etc.

 

And if you look through our spreadsheet, a considerable percentage are still waiting for a CO - people haven't "forgotten" to update their details - I've seen posts and received direct messages from several who are still waiting, but just stopped posting on this forum.

Were you given 28 days ultimatum by immigrationto provide the documents requested?

Yes. Police checks uploaded on 10/02/2017 and medicals on 20/02/2017. Info was requested on 09/02/2017.

Actually nothing much in applying the visa, just only companies won't release thier document. It's all uploading all documents you gave them and they are charging exorbitant money for uploading documents without even been professional in what most of them do

Ours has added a fee for scanning and uploading when we have them already scanned and email them to him.

He's based in another state so we have done all the hard work by already having things scanned. All he has to do is save the documents from the emails and upload to IMMI account :mad:.

we should of done our own application but my partners company wanted to go through a MA as they weren't too sure on the process as its been a while since they done it and things have changed since they last done it.

Same to our MA, never advice that the police clearance we submitted has expired, honestly they can mislead slot and they said they are professional. All they want is money and that's all.

Yes, I've found that since he got paid he doesn't reply to my messages.

I asked him for advice in November for a bridging visa B and he wanted $1000 to tell me about and to submit it. I called Immigration and they said it was easy to do on the immi account and only costed $140 for us both. MA wanted $500 each for me and my partner

Medical examination, IELTS , overseas police clearance, and the Australia police clearance we submitted as expired so they requested for new one. We would have get all the documents ready but the MA said we don't need to rush as it will take long time to allocate officer to but suprise CO was allocated when we did not expect. Sometimes all this MA do mislead. It's frustrating

Yes our MA wouldn't upload our police checks then that is what the CO requested. We also wanted to do the medicals but he wouldn't let us until the CO requested them.

So annoying as it delays the whole process longer :sad:

I think most of us who have been requested to submit more documents will have Thier visa granted at same time. I read on this forum if it's true that ita another officer that will finish the job after submitting the documents requested. So fingers crossed and hope for the day our file will be finalized.

Does anyone told you the visa will be granted within 28 days of submitting the requested documents? As I have read on this forum about people who have submitted from January and till today no news.

No no-one has said. I had just hoped as we are construction industry which is in high demand here in the NT

Its so frustrating as they seem to be doing a lot of 186 visas (which are priority 2 in the list compared to 187 which is meant to be priority 1 on the list) :cry:

hi all, anyone submitted the visa + nomination at 8/2016? any results? Thx!

We've applied on 12/08/2016.

Allocated Case Officer on 09/02/2017 requesting police checks (which our migration agent had but didn't upload them) and medicals which were completed on 20/02/2017.

Nothing since all was submitted.

Have we had any 187 Visa approvals this week? :daydreaming:
