Hi Bridgie, we are just 3 weeks ahead of you in the queue and also live in Spain. We might be able to help each other later on down the line. We have our house on the market at the moment and plan to go on the 600 as soon as we sell, as we have another grandchild due in November.  Not much movement in the housing market in our area at the moment.
