This is our timeline:

Nomination lodged: 06/01/16

Visa lodged: 20/07/16

Further docs requested 05/09/16 - docs uploaded 08/09/16

Visa granted: 08/09/16

Occupation: RN - direct entry 187 visa

Hi finally got my PR on today morning.

I applied visa and nom on 7th decemeber 2015 as motor mechanic.

the nomination approved on 02 august 2016.(nsw pese)

visa document request 03/08/2016 (nsw pese)

visa granted today.(nsw pese)

i really pray for everyone to have a good result.AND GET PR SOON

thanks Mavi i did not ask, nomintion logged on 01/10/2015. however i know that they pick up both nomination and my apply same day, and same team assessment our application

I am sorry for another question, as per the spreadsheet you nomination date is 01/11/2015 but you are saying 01/10/2015?. Please clarify which one is correct.

i have log in 3/12/2015 as Kiet Nguyen, Cook, HR, 2 ppl, assessment in Sydney

 

16/07: CO request contract because they could not see it.

i have to use new account due to i forgor old one

Sure I'll do it.

Just got email from employer that they have received Nomination approval as well. Apparently, Nomination and visa application was assigned to same case officer, thats why we normally get Nomination and VISA decision together. In my case, Nomination and VISA case officer was same.

 

If i had FBI clearance already submitted, I would have visa granted today.

 

I wont bother uploading form 80 as they have not asked. Filling up that form is so tedious work.

Mavi he is not that luck though. Applied his nomination Feb 2015!!!!

He is lucky Emon because Dev, Faisal and Katrina have applied their visa after nomination approval in dec 2015 but they are Still waiting for their visa approval.

So far this week is a good one for all 187 applicant as we have got approval almost everyday from this forum. I hope it will be same for rest for the month. I guess immi pick up file randomly as I can see applicants from January still waiting for 186 visa however my friend who applied 3/03/2016 got his 186 last week (HR). Same thing happening for 187 too.

Hi guys I have to pay $4000 to tax department and my MA already mentioned that in my visa application and now she calles me that I have to pay tax department first otherwise I will get pblm whn my file will open pls advise me what to do now and I'm offshore not a single coin in my account

Dev as you know that our file can open anytime because currently they are working on Dec. I will suggest you to go 'Ask an agent' section of this forum and ask this question there as soon as possible to know registered agent's views. You defiantly will get good advise there.

I check my immi account 2-3 time daily. Lol. Nothing happens. Worst feeling is when my friends and relatives always ask me that have you gotten PR? Or when you will get PR?. Now I am just avoiding call them because can't take PR questions anymore.

The MA gave me look the reply he got from Immi in July, and the Immi said they just can finish 75% case on time......

 

My MA lodged nomination and visa application together in September.....after that the case status keeps in "received"......

 

I know some August applicants got their PR approved in March....after that the MA said no September clients were approved before end of June......

 

I do not know what should i do then....do you have any advice?

Hi guys can yu help me out of one situation,I just called my MA regarding my visa and she told me that these days immi asking cv to everyone and what yu did until ur file was in progress means they can objections why I'm not working in my filled. .and they ask work experience .But I already submitted cert 4 and now I'm offshore . I'm a bit confused pls advise

I have no idea about this. As per the immi website direct entry is for those who hardly have worked or never worked. I am onshore and currently student working part time in other field.

Next week I will touch month 10. About to finish 9 months.

He is from mid Jan strange... Because immi picking early December files

have a look at Karan2010 profile mate. He got docs request today from 9dec2015.

How it would be if they clear one month in one day. Like Tomorrow all pending files since nov, day after tomorrow dec, then jan, fab, March respectively. They can clear files until March only in one week. Poor immi people, they don't have enough knowledge, they should ask me how to do time management. Lol. just lighting my and yours mood.
