    Alright guys the good news is my nomination has been approved today with no documents required but for visa they require only my son's new passport as his current passport expires on December 2016 i have already applied for renewal of his passport today but it's goning to take another least 4 weeks so i have to wait for bit for visa but m happy with that thanks guys

    I have been following this form more than 7 months. recently I got approved my nomination today morning. here is my timeline

     

    occupation : Early childhood educator direct entry

     

    State :Qld

    High Risk 2 applicants

    Visa and Nomination lodged: 30th of January 2016

     

    Nomination approved today

    Hii Mavi and Guavi. I need one advice from u guys. If my employer will call them and he will say that he need me very urgently because I applied offshore. than what u guys think it will help to get a result or not. Is there anyone did this before..????

    Hello there,

    I can't remember who was that but yeah some one's employer did this but he got same answer like anyone else gets. I assume employer's call doesn't make any difference in file progress.

    Can anyone help me to answer what does it men is my case status is keeping "application received" ?

     

    Lodged nomination and visa on September 2015, nothing updated. Bridging visa got.

     

    I have already sent email to IMMI. Will they reply me regarding to my case status?

     

    Plz help me if anyone knows the answer to my question.

    status received means that they have received your application and its in queue. Yes they will reply to your email but can take some time.

    Mavi what the hell is this.. Why everything is going wrong with us. I just lodged my file before one day than you. Still not heard anything.. Even they did not request any docs.. So frustating..

    That's right mate, don't know what the hell is going on. Life is just stuck, waisting precious time for the result. Well, I was working for an agency and wasn't getting much shifts. But still was waiting waiting and thinking don't need another job, will get result soon but nothing is happening, don't know how long more to wait, as some are waiting since 12 months. Moreover, if I get docs request then again have to wait all most on month or so. Moved on, not bothering about result anymore, got new job and starting new job tomorrow.

    Wonder why some of those applicant who received doc request in early august still waiting???? They should have got pr by last week..

    You are right mate. It is so frustrating. I think they don't have intention to sort out backlog either fresh files or docs requested.

    Hi Can you guys please help I m very much worried. I got my nomination refused actually my employer said that he want me to start working with him once my 187 is granted. So I was waiting for it. Mean while my employer and his partner had some personal issues and the company no longer exist. So my nomination got refused I have been given 28 days to withdraw and lodge new application. As I was aware of the situation I got my new sponsor ready. And I will apply for nomination next week. But by now I hold only bridging visa A and no other substantive visa at all. So if I withdraw this visa and then apply for new visa mean while what visa will I hold? Will the immigration give me bridging visa A C or E? Please help me.

    I am so sorry to hear this Hussain. How ridiculous it is that your employer didn't even bother to tell you that he have withdrawn nomination. If your nomination have refused and you don't have any substantial visa then I suppose you can't apply onshore. But if nomination application is withdrawn then I THINK (not sure) you can apply for another nomination with in given time. I will suggest you to go to 'Ask an Agent' forum and ask this question there. Registered agents definitely will give you valid suggestion there.
