Hi Sharad, 

just needed your help.

We applied for my parents residency on 11th August which is about 10 days before your date, we were asked for few documents last week, I just wanted to know in terms of time frame, we are expecting to get a letter to make 2nd payment some time this week, how long does it take once you make the 2nd payment for them to get their residency.
