Your PCC should be valid (12 months from the DOI) when the CO open your file, So check your PCC and if it expires before SEP-2016, apply one immediately.

My PCC date of issue is mid February 2016 so it will expire February 2017.

I hope immi will open my file by then!!

So, just to clarify this issue...in about 20 days we'll be flying to our home country for a 3 weeks stay.

We lodged 186 nom and visa last 20th April.

Do we need to provide a new PCC (LR country)?

Our MA didn't say anything about this when we asked if we could travel in/out.

@Thakur g, the immi website says:

"For the Australian Government to determine whether you are of good character, you might be asked to provide police certificates for each country you have lived in for 12 months or more, over the last 10 years, since turning 16 years of age."

Therefore, an holiday (to your home country) should not be enough for a new PCC. Also considering that the PCC is valid for 12 months. Please advise if I'm wrong. [emoji6]

@ganzToOz, your MA looks very organised as he/she uploaded all the docs well including form 80.

ofcourse form 80 is not mandatory however, if you don't provide form 80 and co asked then your application will get delay may be another 28 days. that's why I said your MA is well organised

 

regarding health clearance evidence immi officer will get it directly from Bupa that means we don't need to attach.

Thanks for your reply mate , well all I can see now is only 11 attachments received which are all my documents ( passport AFP marriage certificate etc nothing much ) but I'm sure my Ma didn't forget to upload them lol ,, I just import my app I hope i didn't did anything wrong ,

Are you main or second applicant? In our application (I imported the application to my immi account) I can see 21 documents attached for the main applicant and 11 documents for the second applicant.

What I don't understand is why I can't see our medical checks attached. We did the medicals upfront and got the health clearance.

Is the MA supposed to attach the health clearance evidence only if the CO ask for it?

Also, I can't see the information questionnaire (form 80) the MA asked us to fill in.

Also in this case MA will upload it in case CO ask for it?

Wouldn't be better to attach every single document so the CO has everything and the application runs smoothly!? I don't understand...

Anyone knows how it works?
