Hi all, we are looking at emigrating later in the year but we are unable to find an employer that will offer anything other than the 457 visa. My main concern with this is that my daughter has extra needs. She has been diagnosed with motor coordination difficulties and anxiety but she is also behind at school in maths. I really hope that Australia's calmer and out door life style and sunshine will help her but I worry that if she ends up needing help in mainstream school it might prevent us being able to apply for PR. Should I hold out for an employer that is able to offer PR from the off or am I over thinking things? Hope someone can help!
