Dude ! I unable to do anything apart from wait .. I did contact many time to NSW immi; now will try contact to WA immi maybe I can get an answer . Its look like I am the most unlucky in this group .

I don't know why immi is taking so long even I am working on same position now for 3 years now on 457 .

hi ,i finish my 457 requirement of 2 year ,but my lawyer said i can't apply PR because ,in my visa grant ,i have two different wages ..

basic is 55,500 but guaranteed income is 60,000$, i don't know what to do now.please any one can help me give me advice..

Just get new contract from company with full and complete requirements. and apply with the help of reputed MA , there are lots of stupid MA around immigration.

I was on holiday for 2months in my country and I stayed there longer than 28 days that's why I have to have injection it's not for every country.

I know in some HR countries , while going to overseas you have to get vaccination of POLIO and receive the certificate at immigration or before get boding.

That's crazy!! Do you have an MA to follow up? What sort of company do you work for?

Anyway.. this totally reflects what I dont like about Australia.. they should send these people to check working conditions on farms for Working Holiday makers!! Not us, qualified people working long term for proper companies..

I have received an email from MA on Tuesday afternoon, I had to provide extra documents regarding the nomination. Documents were sent on Wednesday afternoon (Had to provide payslip details and the contract had to be written differently).

 

Been waiting for 2 days now, anyone in a similar situation? Or any idea how long this could take?

Same documents asked to me in the start of Jan 16 and we provided in 2 days and surprise visit of IMMI at office in the mid start of FEB 16 after that no NEWS.

I am also with IMAN and they told me same **** story of keeping 457 cover until PR is granted.

Just get a letter from Medicare and show to private health insurance . without letter they don't cancel.

I have been waiting for 9 months, in this period a new baby can born but my Nom and Visa didn't get grant . Alas :-(

I called IMMI last Friday a lady told me My file accessed by CO and he is waiting for Nomination to get approve,Dont know why they taking so long when I applied Nom and visa same day!(13/08/2015)200 days ! Does anyone have same answer from any call ?

Getting frustrated immigration didn't reply of my MA and not answering phone calls on 02 number.

I don't know why they on hold my decision?

That means we are saving only 400 dollars a year?

How about we pay excess and out of pocket expense? Atleast we no need to claim every time and give extra money to clinics , hospital and laboratory .

I would say while having medicare is huge saving if you have a family.

Hi guys this is really urgent if anyone can reply to me.

 

Before I lodge my application, there couple of times that I had to use unpaid leave (I had some family members back in my country who got surgeries and terminally ill and it was their last wishes to have me around) when I applied for PR it was my 2 years anniversary and the MA agent we worked with didnt warn me about anything related to unpaid leave.

 

Now they called me and told me that unpaid leaves maybe a problem and I may need to withdraw my application. Does anyone know anything about this or what I can do ? The time I took the unpaid leave was a really bad period of life which some of my family members were in hospital and I had to go see them as I said.

 

I had 457 and transitioning to 186.

 

Any help would be really appreciated if you know anything about this.

I am not 100% sure but I think unpaid leave can be taken if your annual leaves are not due or already utilized ; in very special circumstances it can be taken. Don't worry mate ! Everything will be good just seek right advise. Here in this form maybe someone can help you out better. Thanks
