Let the CO ask you to get Medical .. it will meant you already more than half way through.  If you do prior may be get expire.

Sorry to hear that ! if business close down already either you or company should inform department immediately " changes of circumstances " to avoid any legal actions by department.

secondly brother, you have to do all over again or check some other options for PR.

As per my experience ! These is no specific time . It should be done from 1 week to 6 months. Depends on Case officer and your circumstances. Good Luck ! and Congr for Nomination .

login to immi  account and lodge an complaint about status not change, sometimes it is an error . I had this experience few months ago. Cheers

Sorry to hear about it . It happened to me as well Nomination go refused to times but I didn't stop fight will law and finally got both nomination and visa approved about 4 months ago . To be honest find the best lawyer and be confident in AAT , by the way it was very chill environment in AAT... Good luck , try to read my story I shared you will be relax. . Good luck.

I would like to share my story with you guys , It might help other people like me who are/were unlucky due to complex conditions of immigration.

Australia arrival as a student : July 2009

Sponsored by  company in Melbourne as a Project administrator  on sc 457 :  2013( NOM and VISA) approved in 25 days 

Applied 186 TRT 05/ June/15 (Nomination and Visa )

Refused NOM  on 01/06/2016 almost after a year : " Reason immigration visited office , interviewed one of my manager about me (he explain 99% correct everything to them except he said he is Project Facilitator instead  Project Administrator ) " in short NOM refused .

I went  overseas and that time got my 186 VISA refused ( applied AAT NOM " on shore" and Visa 186 from " offshore" )  VISA application rejected by AAT due to applied from offshore .

lost all VISA MEDICAL AND AFP FEES , again I was on sc457 luckily . However , 

my SC457 about to expire I decided to apply new NOM and 186 VISA ( to get bridging VISA) and stay in the country lawfully  dated  07/04/2017

Again NOM and VISA refused " Note immigration asked us heaps of documents and evidences " to be honest I provided 80 pages of PDF to support my legit Project Admin position . 

But , Again : NOM refused ( same ground as 1st time) stupid refusal but yes. (Jan 2018 )

Now I applied AAT for both  NOM and VISA.

After that I had bridging VISA from AAT. 

That time I had in  AAT : 2 Nomination cases and 1 VISA   

Hearing date  in AAT after an year Feb 2019

Very briefly , my Nomination and Visa both were in AAT and we won both. YAHOOOOO   took 2.5 months 

After; Nom set aside and VISA remit 

Nomination  approved by Immi and 186 TRT VISA and  s56 requested only ( AFP and Medical) submitted on 23/05/2019 

=>But ,the weird thing happened  when I got request s56 on 3 / may /19  ,same time  since than my immi account status  was finalised but no grant  or refusal email . So, I couldn't submit my dox online than I email them and got auto reply  .

So , I decided to email technical dept for  immi account : they fixed the issue in a week status back to further assessment.   All this waiting time took another 4 months and dept requested again current passport etc. 

Well today after 10 yrs in Australia I got TRT 186 PR .. all hard work , stress and everything paid off.  

During this time I got one SON 7 yrs and daughter 3.5 yrs now.

Note : I paid all the fees for family two time  IELTS , Medical VISA fees and AAT.

Thanks Everyone ! I was very active in the forum 3 yrs ago but after had silent . NOW it is time to cheer up  . Please guys don't lose hope and don't give up until your dream comes true.!

Aussiepr ---- dont calculate too much bro bcz we dont know how immi is processing our files but we will get it sure ......i searched on other forums that there were other people like us who were never contacted by immi for more than 8 or 9 months nd even more but i cant find that when they got pr bcz they just post one or two posts abt them that they are waiting from long .....so dont worry the same thing happened with others also in past ....

It is true ! we all have to be patients now ; specially my sc457 approved in a month and I didn't believe that time. Now . Its my turn to show patients , clam and keep motivated and let other do motivated.

Hi guys, I have a question need your help.

My employer did not pay the training fee to the third training fund last two years, but she really paid the employees for their training, such as bought professional books and some skill courses. She only knew that she should pay the training fee, but she did not know must pay to the third fund. However, my employer paid the last two years overdue training fee to the third training fund and provided the tax invoice of other training outcome for last two years when she submitted my nomination. My MA said maybe do not effect my application. what do you think, guys? I always worry that. Thank you.

I would suggest you follow your MA , and don't worry just chill and wait !

Sunny786,aussiepr,camlucas---------did anyone know abt that news on 9news .....one phillipines guy working on 457 in bakery from last three years ...he applied ens after two years ...after waiting one year of wait ...immi told him to leaver aus in 27 days ...that guys is in australia frm 7 years .....my friend told me abt that news bcz immi visited his workplace on 20th march nd he applied in aug 15 ...after that he didnt get any reply ...thats why he is scared .......but i try to search everywhere but i cant find news abt that phillipnn guy .....did anyone hear abt this.....one more thing one of my friend apllied on 20 may 2015 nd he got pr today after one year......what d hell know they can take upto 1 year also

Let the Immi satisfy 100% , I have no issue to wait becuase I am confident about my job , and in Company which are true !

Sunny i remember the whole thing u had been posting time to time. After reading ur posts i have a feeling that u should u got ur pr way before. There were few thing that delayed ur app including ur partners english and the thing that manager messed up. If u had sorted them before u would have got pr long ago.

Hi Friends

i just got my status changed to information requested. they have requested police clearance certificate from india for my wife again as its nto readable scan, same with they ask to scan my wife ielts again as they are not readable and certified copy of passport for my wife.

does this mean nomination is approved guys.

If they request IELTS again I don't think so Nomination approved but will be as soon as you provide them with in 28 days.

Hi friends

Today immi people come to my employer without inform and ask about my job, training, pay, and why she want me hire for further 186 visa.

Is it normal or its going to monitoring process they didn't ask about me anything and they didn't want to come workplace. Same people come 1 and half years before to my employer. Please give reply if someone have information or any anyone go through same things

If they found your job JDs 100% as per ANZCO and describe by your company, so no issue will be held if they did not get satisfy it will take about more than 2 months they will get back to your company again for their findings and your company will get 28 days to comment and explaint to refute them.

I am going through all this stree full procedure.

Hey buddy. How long since the status show assessment in progress. When immi visited was the status monitoring or assessment in progress??

I never see monitoring status ! it was "application received" and than "assessment in progress".

Thanks mate ! from last couple of months immi didn't request any document ! but we wanted to pay 2nd VAC before for secondary applicant , but 20 days ago we inform immi to do ielts, Mrs just did her IELTS and she got her required result now we are waiting for hard copy to send scan copy to immi.

as per status it looks like we will get decision very soon .
