When did your health checks expired? Did Immi request the health checks result from you recently?

I never did one so Immi created my HAP ID and requested to get health checks done early in this week.

One of friend lodged his application in the last week of January as a cook. He just rang me to say his got his PR. It took him less than 6 months

If u have a look January spreadsheet, you'll come to see that several people have got their visa approval within 6 months.

I just have a look at Jan spreadsheet, that is because somebody sorted the HR/LR country column, it only showed the high risk country in spreadsheet. You can find all the other entries by selecting both high risk and low risk countries.

How long does it take to BUPA to submit the health checks result to the department of immigration. It still says "In progress" under my Health Declaration. I got my tests done 3 days ago.

Someone's been mucking around in the Google Spreadsheet and deleted a few January entries. :mad:

He still doesn't know what caused his nomination refused. he'll discuss with his HR soon and hopefully let us know what was the reason. :confused:

A guy got his nomination rejected today on 187 Timeline forum page after waiting a long time. How sad is this guys

I can imagine this is such a bad news. I reckon if nothing happens, you should look for 189 skilled independent

Maybe this is for signature by an applicant?

S56 is natural justice i guess. Which means they have intention to refuse an application. Why u asking? Have u received that?

Yesterday, Tracy who lodged the application on 23/12/2015 get the pr.congrates to her.i lodge my application o the same date nomination is cleared ,1 document required for the case officer regarding the visa application that is only declaration.submitted already 30.days no reply will.come yet .if some body give a hope or better understanding why its taking the time .

No, all docs, medicals and police checks were submitted all at once with the nom and visa on the same day - they only asked for one extra thing on the 11th of June when the nom was granted and we got the visa on the 1st of July.

 

To be honest we were expecting a 6-8month wait and didn't know they were picking up March files so we are thankful for the short turnaround.

Fair Enough!! Did you or ur employer request for priority processing.

It does happen, my nom and visa were lodged 29 March 16, nom granted 11 June 16 and was asked for some additional info, visa granted 1st Jul 16 - 3months 2 days. Have hope people!

Yes that means your ma hasn't attached them yet. You should ask your ma to attach them it will save time for both of you and immigration cheers

My MA did same thing and hasn't uploaded/attached any docs. I don't know why some MA don't uploaad the documents at the time of application even though she asked me to provide all the docs including POLICE checks before my application was lodged.

Any idea?
