U cant do a second year as im aware anyway, u can extend your initial year making it 2 years but dont think u can do a second year down the line! I may be wrong tho

Just to follow up on this i have spoken to the australian embassey in london today and as long as you are not 31 when u apply an get accepted for 2nd year visa u CAN have the 2nd year even if it commenses when your 31

Bloody hell wish our country was this strict, i thought u could easily move out if u have family over there

if ure gunna apply for any visa surley it would be a family migration visa, the only thing that might stop it is the conviction but i cant see it after 10 years, i think ure family would have to give u a sponsored reference anyway

No thats fine it just adds 12 months onto your expiry date

u dont pay tax until 18k and the new rule has been scrapped last week so ure all good

hi mate, were heading over end of august aswel, were starting in cairns and working our way down, the reason for starting in cairns is it will be winter time when we arrive so its best to start north

me and the mrs going 1st august, round asia for few wks then hitting cairns bout 25th august to start 12 month WHV

Hi mate im doing the exact same myself in august, weve booked outlr flight to phuket with eurowings which was £375 including baggage, meals and seat allocation! Were planning on going round all the islands, then onto bangkok, then to vietnam followed by bali, then finally areive in cairns end of the month an begin our 12 month WHV

just wondering if anybody can help me out with this query please: i have my 1st working holiday visa granted for any day before january 24th, the problem is i plan to enter australia August maybe September, BUT i turn 30 on August 27th, so i would i have to be in the country before the 27th so that my 1st year expires before im 31 or can i enter say september but just apply for my 2nd year before im 31?????

Like i said they will just have to pay prople cash in hand, **** for 2nd year visa stamps though

im also in the same boat, flying out in august, 32% is a BIG CHUNK!!!!! im a bit worried if im honest, i pressume this wont effect cash in hand jobs but for the likes of farming where ure gunna need the stamp and proof on employment ure gunna have to prove the tax u have paid
