Oh my word! What a roller coaster of ride its been. We started the process on 23 Jan 15 but after a mistake on our first visa application had to withdraw and restart the process mid 2015.

Get woken up,this morning (it's 4 am here....) with our phones buzzing endlessly only to have all our visas granted. After this long period of time it feels so surreal.

Thank you to everyone here who has helped keep me sane. We are still praying for a speedy response for everyone else.

Nomination 9 October 15 - approved 14 June 16

STILL THEY WORK ON NOV FILE TO SLOW PROCESS . JUST GOT EMAIL 10 MIN AGO

7 dec 2015 nom&visa applied,nothing change in immi account application received, ,6 and half months so far ...really frustrate today i don't understand what should i do ?... my MA SAID can't do noting just wait wait wait wait.....

Today is my last day on this forum ... I won't post anymore until I get good news... I have been waiting for 7 months and I know I still have to wait couple of months .. No more immiaccount checking no more forum no emails because all these are killing me.. As soon as I hear notification sound on my mobile I think it is from MA to give me good news, when I hear phone ringing the first thing comes in my mind is my MA and even when I get text I think of him.... So I just want to focus on my life not on these things.

next Thursday we will be get good news

Hello no not allow they will not give you another bridining visa .make come to australia before expire your visa .otherwise you will be not allow to come australia you will be stuck in country

Yes renew your passport asap .you need a 6 month valid passport to grant visa .and indian highcommission take 6 week for renew passport .do your save side bro. I done my daughter passport renew just 1 month ago.

Can some one help me?? I am in 485 visa now. Applied for 187, 5 months ago in dec 2015. I want to apply for medicare card but the insurance company told me that i most maintain private helath insurance as i am in 485 psw visa. Anyone in this situation? Please let me know if it is okey to get medicare card now or wait until visa decision? Many thanks

Yes i am on 485 visa .first you apply your medicare card .when you will be get it then ring to your private insurance and tell i got my medicare card.so you can cancel your private insurance

guys, another question. My collegue just got a call from his MA, said he would be monitored these days. Another their client just monitored yesterday who has a similar submit time with his.(last June) We work in same company and submitted similar docs, I submitted 3 months later than him, if they did the monitoring, i will be monitored as well or different case no relationship?

As far as I know it's not true. It was the condition bit earlier but immigration has removed this condition.

When did you applied your nom and visa which occupation? And Centre

Business can run on full time bit you still on student visa so you not allow to work more than 20 hrs a week .that's reason they want to check if you work on your bisa conditions. How ypur business organise if you work 20 hrs is tthere any one wprk full time aswell on work place
