Nomination Applied: March 31 2016

Visa application: September 6 2016

Nomination approved: 10.30 am; September 26 2016

Visa granted: 10.55 am; September 26 2016

Occupation: Registered Nurse

 

Uploaded almost all the documents by ourselves including form 80 for character assessment. Since, we didn't had a current Indian pcc, we uploaded the one from 2013 and included the invoice for the new one. As i was pregnant, i uploaded a medical certificate showing the same. Fortunately i had a valid medical (did for 457). No further documents were requested.

Both our name are matched, just We both have a english name shown on passport like

my chinese name shown on passport is

RUEI-JEI LIU

also know as

"BOBBY LIU"

so I upload mine and my girlfriend's AFP again straight away.

The date on our AFP is 13/April and 5/April, it's not over 6 months yet,

 

So I JUST DOUBLE CHECK HERE WITH YOU GUYS THAT

I DONT NEED TO DO ANOTHER AFP FOR ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND RIGHT?

Hi just want to ask , if they have already looked at your application and just ask for child medicals, is there a chance they can still ask for another applicant's medicals as they are exipiring on 18 sep.

depend on CO BUT 80% Chance they not ask you.in my case they didn't ask to me my medical . my medical was expire after 1 month when i lodged the file .

i think you got twice reply back for your question .so you don't need to be worry bro. on this site no anyone professional we are just sharing experiences. just relax . if you still confused .good ask immigration .which is not good for you . so just quite and relax .

i think now WA pese team 7 is sleeping it's almost 42 days docs requested but they still havenot looked the file after submitted requested docs on 24/8/16

its so annoying we already been waiting for long since 20/11/15 and now after co allocated they again taking long

I think December files should send email to immigration and ask polite in witting application status, and how long for co allocated, or etc.that's i did send email to immi and then reply got back no yet CO allocated to your file let you know in 10 working days. when CO allocated. after 5 days 2nd of august my nomination approved ask document for my visa ,, same CO BUT on visa grant after ask document different visa officer. i know some thinking don't worry about email to immi but take a chance guys .

You have to visit any nearest Medicare franchise with your Visa notification , Original PP & they will send you new medicare at your address. hi guys i hav some afp issues. I got it today . I had three offence one is 2010 ,it was my overseas licence was expire but they write in afp tht never have licence and other two are in 2011 illegal use id. Plz give me some advice. I hav my family here one year old kid i dont wanna go back. Plz someone help me ..
